Uromyces azorellae Cooke 1890

Soris plerumque elongatis, bullatisque, in petioles, in foliisque rarioribus, fuscis, pulverulentis. Teleutosporis ovatis, laevibus, breviter pedicellatis, episporio ad apicem incrassato, 12 x 8 µ.

Uromyces azorellae Cooke 1890

The following species and form-species have been recorded as occurring in New Zealand, but, as I have not seen specimens, I am unable to give descriptions; moreover, as in most instances the published descriptions are so fragmentary as to be useless for comparative purposes, I have not included them here.
(a.) Uromyces Azorellae Cke., Grev., vol. 10, p. 2, 1890.
Host: Azorella trifoliata Benth. et Hook. f. (Pozoa trifoliata Hook. f.). Collected in Hawke's Bay by Colenso.

Uromyces azorellae Cooke 1890

This rust species is known only from the single collection in the herbarium, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
