Manaaki Whenua — Landcare Research is the custodian of several Nationally Significant Collections and associated Databases including the NZ Fungal Names Database, NZ Land Invertebrate Names Database and NZ Plant Names Database. We provide access to information from these databases via the Biota of New Zealand (BiotaNZ) website as a Public Good resource and welcome feedback to help us improve the quality, accessibility and use of these data. This website presumes the end-user has an understanding of the appropriate use and limitations associated with such data. These include:
