Cunningham was avoiding proposal of what he thought would be a later homonym of Uredo fuchsiae Arthur & Holway 1918; but the combination had already been proposed by Hennings in 1903.The combination Uredo fuchsiae (Cooke) Henn. 1903 is legitimate (and Uredo fuchsiae Arthur & Holway1918 is an illegitimate later homonym); consequently Uredo konini is superfluous/illegitimate..
