Zelleromyces Singer & A.H. Sm. 1960

A truffle-like fungus related to the mushrooms genus Lactarius. As with these mushrooms, the flesh of Zelleromyces oozes a white sap when cut. Ectomycorrhizal.

A single New Zealand species.
