taxonomic status
Aphelaria, based on A. dendroides, requires confirmation as distinct from Tremellodendropsis and may provide an earlier name. Definitive differences include the absence of hyphal/basidial clamps on the former. Basidial septation is variable in Tremellodendropsis. [JAC]
