There is a record PDD 56488 = ICMP 10643 that is a culture from a diseased ornamental Camellia intercepted at the UK border in 1982. This plant came from New Zealand. It is unclear what the status of the disease is current in NZ, there have been no further noted detections [BSW, March 2021]
