New Zealand, Auckland: Birkdale neighborhood, Eskdale Bush Preserve, along trail head off Eskdale Road, 36°48'00"S, 174°42'00E, 25 m elev., mixed broad leaf forest with tree ferns, on bark, 6 Nov. 2017, F. Grewe 3008 & T. Widhelm (AK, holotype; F, isotype).
