The IPNI item on Descriptiones Plantarum Novarum et minus cognitarum states: "Mostly reprinted articles; fasc. 7, dated 1879, seems a preprint (from: Trudy Imp. S.-Peterburgsk. Bot. Sada 6(2): 287-538. 1880), whereas TL-2 citesit as a reprint.
