Cited by IPNI and Plants of the World Online from Icon. Pl. Syr. 4: 15 (1812) where indeed there is a description on PP. 15–16, and it is illustrated in P. 10. The earlier 1810 publication by Poiret has a description and clearly ascribes the discovery in Syria to Labillardière.
