IPNI and Plants of the World Online, and Tropicos (viewed 13/7/2021) give the authority as I.Lawson in L., and Tropicos has a note "authorship fide Melbourne Code", even thought Lawson is not mentioned in the text of. p. 698 of Species Plantarum.
