editorial
a seedling of I.'Nada' (= I. japonica x I. confusa) self-fertilised: 'it is much like its parent (I. 'Nada') in flower form (small white-flowered), but is perhaps more lavender in color and a trifle larger. Its foliage is duller and its stalks sometimes taller than those of Nada, and it is said to be more hardy.' (Warburton & Hamblen 1978).
