Lectotype: New Zealand. Otago, Dunedin, 1861, WL. Lindsay - H-NYL 6110 [fide G. Hayward (1977: 578)]. Isolectolype - E [Lauder Lindsay’s annotation on his specimen, in E, reads thus “... On trunks of living trees, Greenisland [sic] Bush, Otago, N.Z. Novem.4, 1861” (Dr BJ. Coppins, pers. comm.)].
