Holotype. NEW ZEALAND: Northland: 1♂ (NZAC), aedeagus dissected and mounted in balsam on a clear plastic card, “NEW ZEALAND: ND Waipoua State Forest, vic. Wairau Summit, 460m, 1.xii.1984 hdwd.podocarp forest A.Newton/M.Thayer 683”, “pyrethrin-fogging fungusy logs”, “HOLOTYPE Sagola gimmeli Park and Carlton 2013”.
