Engel and Glenny (2008) p. 201, cited "Lepidozia longifissa steph., Sp. Heapt. 6: 364. 1922. Type New Zealand, Zürn (non vidi)." as a synonym of Lepidozia spinosissima (hook.f. & Taylor) Mitt. D. Glenny, pers. comm. 22 Jan 2018, infomred me that the genus Lepidozia was a typo for Lepicolea.
