Chapman credited Bliding as the authority for Enteromorpha minima, probably because Bliding didn't cite authors in his paper Studien fiber Entwicklung und Systematik in der Gattung Enteromorpha. 1., Botaniska Notiser 1938: 83–90 (1938). As Bliding didn't give a "Sp.Nov." or Latin diagnosis for his Enteromorpha minima, it presumabley was the Enteromorpha minima described by Kützing in 1949.
