Subsequently from AK: Albany, Titirangi, Henderson, St Johns, Puketutu Island; ND: Spirits Bay, Mangawhai Heads, Paihia, Maitahi, Ngawha Springs, Whakaruangangana (near Kaikohe) (Hoare 2011); CL: Stony Bay (NH database), BP: Te Aroha; HB: Te Mata; TK: New Plymouth; undoubtedly overlooked elsewhere due to lack of recording.
